Shipping
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $100.00 (excludes International orders and U.S. Express Mail delivery orders).

All U.S. packages are shipped U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail at a rate of $4.00. Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 days to arrive, depending on your location.

USPS Express Mail is also available at a charge of $15.00 if you wish to receive your item overnight. This excludes international orders.

I try to ship within 1- 3 days of the order. If there are any delays, you will be notified by email immediately.

Sales Tax
To comply with state laws, all orders shipped within Michigan are subject to a 6% state sales tax. Your order will generally ship within 1 - 3 business days after receipt of payment.

In the event your order cannot be shipped in that time frame, I will contact you immediately.

Product Availability
Many of my pieces are one-of-a-kind. If an item you have ordered is no longer available, I will contact you immediately for further instructions.

Returns
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please contact me within 7 days for return instructions. Please return the jewelry in its original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

I take your privacy seriously. The information you give will only be used to communicate with you regarding your order. Under no circumstances will the information you share with Bead-a-Bing be divulged to any other person or company.
